Colourful ink illustration of a yellow-banded poison dart frog.
The bumblebee poison frog (Dendrobates leucomelas), yellow-headed poison dart frog or yellow-banded poison dart frog is a widespread species of dart frog in the Dendrobatidae family. These frogs are found in tropical rainforests in the northern part of South America and have bright yellow skin banded and spotted with black.
I created this drawing by hand using ink in a stippling, or dot work technique. I then added colour to the drawing using alcohol markers.
