Black and white pen and ink animal illustration of a pair of super cute tiny furry baby meerkats.
Drawn using one of my own photographs as reference, I used mostly Sakura pigma micron marker pens and an Akashiya Sai ink brush pen for the darkest areas.
Baby meerkats are also called pups, puppies, kits, kittens or even cubs. Meerkats (Suricata suricatta) are a species of mongoose found in Africa, they have sandy brown fur and are famous for standing on their back legs whilst being on lookout.
